Susanne Schneider

Susanne has extensive experience as a legal advisor to Norwegian and foreign clients in connection with transactions (M&A) and ongoing business operations, such as drafting / negotiation of contracts, sales / purchasing terms and consulting related to company law, corporate governance, and contract execution. She has expertise in contracts (purchase/manufacturing/technology), company law, stock exchange law and employment law, as well as experience from dispute resolution and litigation.

Susanne has assisted several foreign companies in establishing themselves in Norway through acquisitions or otherwise and assists companies and their owners in a wide range of commercial matters, including acquisitions of companies/businesses, joint venture and shareholder agreements, option agreements and lease agreements.

Susanne has more than 20 years of experience as a board member (including as chair of the board) in companies in various industries, including traditional industry, technology companies, securities- and investment banking firms, and has formal audit committee expertise (MBA from IMD, Switzerland).

Her work experience from Norwegian industrial groups, including as vice president for business development, contributes to good business understanding, strategic thinking, and a solution-oriented approach to problems.
